Some have decades of human data, regulatory approvals, and millions of patients behind them. Others are still working through clinical trials. And some are exciting research compounds with very limited human evidence available.

The problem is most people lump them all together.

How to come off Reta?

That’s the million dollar question.

Everyone wants to know how to lose 20, 30, or 50 pounds on Reta. Almost nobody has a plan for what happens after.

The reality is most people don’t regain the weight because they came off Reta. They regain it because they come off with no transition strategy.

One of the compounds I’m most interested in for bridging off Reta is Tesofensine.

This is probably going to p**s some people off, but this is me not really trying to diet. I’m not relying on discipline, I’m not going to bed starving, and I’m not spending all day fighting cravings. Honestly, Reta is doing most of the work.

The biggest surprise isn’t the fat loss. It’s not constantly thinking about food anymore.

No obsessing over my next meal. No struggling through BBQs, birthdays, movies, or social events. No food noise.

For the first time in a long time, getting lean doesn’t feel like a daily battle. It just feels normal.
