💖 Breast Cancer Awareness Month 💖

This October, Windsor Honda is proud to help drive awareness for a cause that touches so many Canadian families.

Honda has found creative ways to deliver that message in the past. In 2018, Honda Canarias and creative agency Made in Space launched the memorable “Touch Yourself” campaign in Spain, using imagery inspired by Honda’s iconic “H” to draw attention to breast cancer and the importance of early detection. The message remains important in 2026: know your body, recognize changes and make screening part of your healthcare. The Canadian Cancer Society currently recommends mammograms every two years for people ages 40–74 at average risk, while those at higher risk should discuss an individualized screening plan with their healthcare provider. 💗 1 in 8 women in Canada is expected to develop breast cancer in her lifetime. But progress matters: Canada's breast cancer death rate has been cut roughly in half since 1986 through advances in research, early detection and treatment. Canadian Cancer Society
