The management and staff at Mr Otto Glass would like
everyone to know that effective DEC 1 we will no longer be processing glass claims for FAMILY INSURANCE . They have made changes we dont agree with . Keeping the best interests of our customers in mind we made the decision to not accept Family Insurance .So if you have family insurance as your provider for glass coverage and collision coverage you will need to go see your broker that sold you the insurance to find out where to go to get Windshield Replaced or Rock Chip Repairs . We apologize for this inconvenience .
We gladly handle claims for all other insurance companies .
