Josh’s Repairs Inc is looking for an experienced service writer. We are looking for a team player that can work in a fast-paced environment, has strong written and verbal communication skills detail oriented and able to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of basic computer skills, mechanical and/or heavy truck industry knowledge and experience preferred, previous service experience an asset. Preference will be given to those with experience in the service writing industry The job is but not limited to answering phones and booking appointments, greeting and helping customers taking payments, explaining the repairs and quoting jobs for the repairs, keep a tidy and organized work space, self motivated and willing to learn, data entry, dealing with parts ordering and returning.
