🚗RENTAL DEPARTMENT REMINDER – PLEASE READ BEFORE RENTING!🚗

To help ensure a smooth rental experience for everyone, we’d like to take a moment to review our rental department policies. We ask that all customers take the time to read and understand the rental agreement before taking a vehicle off our lot.

📋 RENTAL REQUIREMENTS & POLICIES
1️⃣ **Major Credit Card Required** – A major credit card is required to rent a vehicle.
2️⃣ **Age & Travel Restrictions** – Renters must be 23 years of age or older. Our rental vehicles are not permitted to be taken outside of Canada.

3️⃣ **Warranty Rentals** – Warranty rental coverage allows 150 km per day. Additional kilometers may be the renter’s responsibility, depending on the coverage terms.

4️⃣ **SGI Rentals** – SGI rental coverage includes 100 km per day at no charge. The customer is responsible for the cost of kilometers driven beyond the daily allowance, subject to the applicable rental terms.

5️⃣ **Pets Welcome 🐾** – Pets are allowed in our rental vehicles! However, vehicles must be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition as when picked up. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply. (dog hair, mud, etc.)

6️⃣ **NO SMOKING 🚭** – Smoking in a rental vehicle will result in a **$300+ cleaning fee**.

7️⃣ **Fuel Policy ⛽** – All rental vehicles must be returned with the fuel level restored to the level at pickup. If the vehicle is returned without the required fuel to FULL, a $20 refueling charge PLUS the cost of the fuel needed to refill it will apply.

8️⃣ **Lost Keys or Fobs 🔑** – Renters are responsible for the cost of lost keys or key fobs.

9️⃣ **Damage & Repairs** – Renters may be responsible for damage, repairs, or other costs arising during the rental period, as outlined in the rental agreement and subject to applicable coverage.

🔟 **Additional Insurance** – Optional additional insurance may be available. It is **highly recommended** to review your coverage options before taking the vehicle.

1️⃣1️⃣ **No Alcohol or Drugs 🚫** – Alcohol or illegal drug use in connection with operating a rental vehicle is not permitted. Never operate a vehicle while impaired.

1️⃣2️⃣ **GPS Tracking 📍** – Rental vehicles may or may not be equipped with GPS tracking, where applicable and subject to our policies.
