When someone misses an appointment without letting us know, it hurts our small business and keeps other customers from getting on the schedule.

❗️Going forward, any missed appointments without prior notice will require a non-refundable payment upfront when rebooking❗️

We completely understand that life gets crazy—all we ask is for a quick heads-up if you can’t make it! 📲
