I know there is still a lot of snow on the ground but before you know it, we will have our first warm spring days!! We're about to get really busy in April/May which could lead to long wait times. If you know your bike is due for a checkup, then now is the time to skip the lines and bring her in for the yearly tune up! This way, you won't miss out on the outdoor rides!

A couple of weeks ago, my wife and I went for a weekend trip to Ottawa on our bikes. It's a long ride (130km one way) but so enjoyable. If anyone is interested, I can send you the route: pretty much all quiet roads and bike trails.

If you're not sure if 130km is for you: several stores in town still sell our book with bike routes all starting and finishing in Westport. Ranging from routes around 20km all the way upto 120km. Get a copy at Kudrinko's, The Coffee House, Jake-on-the-Lake or Pinecone!

And if your bike is in need of a tune-up, you know I'm just one phone call away!

Some bikes are just dream bikes to work on. This thing needed a lot of work. The drivetrain was gunked up and worn out, a bunch of broken accessories, mismatched tires and more. After hours of cleaning and servicing, it's almost ready to hit the roads again (for the keen eyed: the grips still need to be installed) and will be for sale for a limited time in Westport.

It runs amazing and, if I do say so myself, looks amazing. Damn, I love these jobs. Keep 'em coming, guys!

Hey all, it's been a super busy April! You guys sure have given me a lot of work. From here on forward, I am not going to work anymore on bikes on Sundays to have some time off to spend with the family. It's just something I have to do to keep my life balanced.
