Investing in our team so we can continue investing in our people!

Our management team recently had the opportunity to take part in extended training with Clarice from Peninsula, focusing on performance management and effective communication.

We walked away with valuable tools, a fresh perspective, and practical strategies to help us grow as leaders, communicate more effectively, and better support our team.

At H&E, we’re proud of the great culture we’ve built and we know that maintaining it takes intention. As our company continues to grow, we want to make sure our leadership grows right along with it.

Our first trade show is officially in the books!

Today we were proud to have H&E Emergency Fleet Solutions out at RESTRC (Waterloo Regional Emergency Services Training and Research Centre) with the Mechanical Sub Committee, showcasing who we are, what we do, and how we’re working to support fire departments and keep their apparatus response ready.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, asked questions, talked trucks, and welcomed us into the fire service community. We loved making new connections and sharing what H&E is all about!
