The right person must have the following skills or qualifications!
1. Ability to work as a team as well as on their own
2. Parts and or mechanical experience
3. Availability every second or third Saturday as well as Monday- Friday 8am-6pm
4. Computer skills
5. Ability to communicate well
6. Ability to navigate through conflict with a level head
7. Ability to listen to customers needs in order to figure out what they need
8. Strong work ethic and self starter
9. Fast learner with high retention of knowledge
10. Must be a team player!
