Having water in your lines through winter can cause extensive damage to water lines, fixtures and even lead to flooding when things thaw. Winterizing is a critical part of trailer maintenance.

As clients’ begin opening their units for the season, it is recommended to check all caulking and seams. When doing this, your goal is to look for any spots with cracking. It is recommended to reseal all joints where damage arises to avoid water leaks that can cause costly issues.

Another unit affected by water damage;

Having a leak causing wood rot just inside the slide out, this repair was much needed. Fixing the wood and structural beams, we were able to clean and reuse the original carpet to ensure a cohesive look throughout. Putting all of the furniture back, this unit is good as new!
