We are experienced in engine swaps, wheels/tires, aftermarket accessories, etc. DonMar Custom Auto and Fabrication specializes in customizing your ride. Whether than means aftermarket suspension source and installation, a custom one-off fabricated chassis, or anything in between. We also deal with light fabrication, primarily automotive related but capable of much more such as storage solutions, household improvements, decor, furniture etc.

Sienna in for an exhaust revamp, another case of the failed direct fit aftermarket world. Aluminized tubing rots in only a couple of years, why pay twice? Save money in the long run by doing things right the first time. We ONLY use quality stainless products. Thanks to for the muffler, resonator and flanges on this one!

Ian brought us his 2026 Ford F250 with a problem - The running boards were 22” off the ground. That’s not a small step, regardless of how tall or short you may be. We removed the factory running boards and brackets, modelled replacement brackets using measurements from the originals, and sent a file over to for laser cutting, followed by for black textured powder coat. These new brackets bring the step down to 18”, which is much more ergonomic!

This Mazda 5 was in for a variety of exhaust leaks. The flex pipe was one of many, which is welded to the catalytic converter/exhaust manifold, and would otherwise need replacing as a whole, which can be a very costly repair. We cut the faulty section out, and utilized quality replacement parts from to save the customer money. The exhaust components were in generally good shape, but had leaks in a few areas of the tubing, so we saved what we could and bent new tubing to repair the rest.
