-The company caters to the users of powersport vehicles – motorcycles, ATVs, watercraft, snowmobiles and other small engine such as lawnmowers and snowblowers, that require service and repair and don't have the time, desire, or means to bring their vehicle into a shop.
-MPPS is based out of Hamilton and services a 120KM radius. This e
xtends to Whitby and Oshawa to the North, Niagara Falls to the East, to all cities and towns to the South and to London to the West.
-The company is open for business Monday – Saturday from 9am – 9pm. Exceptions to these hours can be made, however a premium of 1.4X will be applied.
-MPPS strives to create a transparent and convenient experience by having a pricing structure that does not change based on the amount of labour that is required to complete a repair. The customer is charged based on the total number of individual jobs that were required to complete the repair, plus the cost of parts. A pricing guide is available on the website.
-Individual repair jobs start at $50, however service and repair calls that are outside a 45KM radius will have a minimum charge of $100.

Mobile Performance – Powersports & Small Engines, is dedicated to providing the ultimate experience in mechanical repair by offering honest, transparent and convenient mobile servicing to users of motorcycles, powersports and other small engine, with repairs being carried out wherever and whenever the customer wishes.

The owners of Mobile Performance – Powersports & Small Engines, are acutely aware of the negative image surrounding repair shops and the lack of honesty and integrity of its mechanics. Their business will erase the mystery behind the repairs and services by offering a pricing and billing structure that is organized based on the number of specific repairs being carried out, as oppose to an hourly charge based on labour. MPPS operates based on convenience due to an awareness of how precious and limited free time is and services a large portion of Southern Ontario. Repairs can be carried out at the customer’s location, or MPPS will take the vehicle in question with them to another location.

In pursuit of the company’s vision, all of the operational and daily business affairs that the company Mobile Performance – Powersports & Small Engines undertakes, will be handled with the utmost concern for Honesty & Integrity. MPPS will always be open and upfront with the customer by making sure all of the needed repairs have been outlined in detail with the customer. The pricing structure will be available to customers ahead of time, so they know what the different prices are for the various repairs and that the price will not change based on the amount of labour that goes into the repair.
-Mobile Performance – Powersports & Small Engines will purchase powersport vehicles from its customers, even if they are not running. The company will exchange broken lawnmowers and snowblowers for credit with the company to go towards future repairs. The company will then be able to have a selection of vehicles and small engines for sale to the public.
-Service calls will typically require one or two days to complete. Some parts will not always be available in one day.
-MPPS will always have an upcoming event. Right now a Launch BBQ is being planned for the end of June, an exact date will be known soon. And on July 9th the company plans to attend Baconfest in Lucan, Ontario. Unfortunately Lucan is just outside of the company's service area, but we are going to offer the cititzens of Lucan our services regardless, in exchange for being hosted at Baconfest.
-Relationships with the City Hall of each of the cities and towns the company services is very important. At times, services will need to be rendered in public parking lots and this is just one reason why these relationships must be nurtured.
