We still need a handful of volunteers for Saturday and Sunday — please see the photos for available positions. If you can help, please comment below, DM us, or sign up at the track. Thank you to everyone who has already put their name forward!

VOLUNTEERS: Please connect with Track President Kyle for your Volunteer Parking Pass. VOLUNTEER PARKING ONLY IN THE UPPER PARKING LOT - all others will be asked to move - dont make it awkward ❤️

WEATHER & 10x10 TENTS:
It's expected to be 25-26° this weekend! ☀️ We have a few 10x10 tent spots still available - $25 for the weekend.
PLEASE Tie and or secure your tent down !

TRACK CLOSURE INFORMATION:

FRIDAY (Today):
The track is CLOSED today for setup until practice tonight.
Practice TONIGHT: 6pm - 8pm
The track will be CLOSED at 8:10pm after practice until 9am Saturday morning.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY:
The track will be CLOSED for riding before scheduled practice times start (see schedule photo) and will be CLOSED after racing on Saturday as equipment will be left set up overnight.

Thanks for your understanding and we’ll see you tonight at practice!

TONIGHT ! WORK PARTY - 530-8PM

We need your help to get the track dialed in for this weekends provincial race.

Tasks : We will start work along 1st straight then 2nd - 3rd and 4th in order.

W**d wacking / lawn cutting - please bring yoir own trimmer if you are able

W**ding track / pro set surfaces

Rake track / Leaf blow debris off

Lay new lines

Lay out Team Tent Spots for the weekend

General clean up / fence painting touch ups / fence repairs (minor)

📢 We've received a couple of reports that an individual visiting the track with two children has been telling other riders that they have "rented" the track and asking them to leave.
While we're thrilled to see families enjoying the facility, we'd like to clarify that BMX Victoria does not rent the track for private use and has not done so for many years.

Our track is open to all members of the public outside of sanctioned BMX Victoria events, including: ✅ Races
✅ Practices
✅ Clinics

If you are asked to leave by anyone claiming they have privately rented the track, please know that this is not the case.

Should you encounter this situation, please send us a message or email us at [email protected]. We'd be happy to connect with the individual and help educate them on our track policies.

Thank you for helping keep our BMX community welcoming and inclusive for everyone! 🚴
