اول مجموعة من برامج الهجرة عن طريق المقاطعات الكندية سنتحدث عنها هي برامج مقاطعة. البرتا وفيها ١٠ برامج واحد منها مغلق حاليا.
جزء من هذه البرامج هو للعاملين في المقاطعة من غير المواطنين الكنديين او للطلبة الدارسين فيها من غير المواطنين. وما يهمنا هنا هو الحاصلين على عقد عمل لمدة سنة للعمل بالبرتا يستطيع الحصول على تزكية الحكومة المحلية للتسريع في طلب الهجرة والمستثمرين الراغبين في الاستثمار بالمجال الزراعي ولديهم القدرة المالية لإبراز كفاءة مالية بمقدار ٥٠٠٠٠٠ دولار او من له قريب مقيم في هذه المقاطعة فوق سن ال ٢١ اخ، أخت،ال،أم ،ابن أخ،ابن أخت،عم ،خال،عمة او خالة
Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP)
If you are thinking about immigration to Calgary, Edmonton or any other city in Alberta, consider the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP).
Successful applicants will receive an Alberta Provincial Nomination Certificate, which will speed-up the Canada Immigration (Permanent Resident) Visa application process.
Under the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP), you may qualify under one of the following streams:
• Work Experience Stream
• Strategic Recruitment Stream
o U.S. Visa Holder Category - PERMANENTLY CLOSED
Engineering Occupations Category
o Compulsory and Optional Trades Category
• Employer Driven Stream
o Skilled Worker Category
o International Graduate Category
o Semi-Skilled Worker Category
• Self-Employed Farmer Stream
• Family Stream - PERMANENTLY CLOSED
Work Experience Stream
Alberta Work Experience Category
Applicants to this category are able to nominate themselves for Permanent Residency, as opposed to other categories where an employer or other third party must nominate candidates.
In order to qualify under this stream, the applicant must:
• Be currently working full-time in Alberta;
• Hold a valid temporary work permit in one of several eligible occupations;
• Intend to reside and work permanently in Alberta in one of the above eligible occupations;
• Demonstrate full-time work in Alberta in an eligible occupation;
o For NOC 0, A, or B level occupations, full-time work must be for the past two of three years
o For NOC C level occupations, full-time work must be for the past three of four years
Applicants may refer to the eligible occupation list to determine their occupation’s NOC level.
Alberta PNP Strategic Recruitment Stream
Applicants do not need a job offer to qualify under the following categories.
• U.S. Visa Holder Category - This category has been permanently closed.
This stream was designed for workers who are currently in the United States on temporary work visas (H1B, H1B1, H1C and E3). The applicant must have at least one year of work experience in the United States on one of these temporary work visas in an occupation that is listed as one of Alberta’s in-demand 0ccupations. The applicant must currently be working in a qualifying occupation. A job offer is not needed to qualify. Alberta will nominate successful applicants for Canadian Permanent Residency, thereby fast-tracking the immigration process.
Please note: The AINP may adjust the list of eligible occupations for the U.S. Visa Holder Category in the near future. If your occupation is currently on the list, you are advised to submit your application as soon as possible to ensure that you will be able to qualify.
• Engineering Occupations Category
Eligible applicants must:
o Be currently residing in Alberta;
o Have education and training as an engineer, designer, or drafter;
o Have an occupation that is listed on Alberta's Strategic Recruitment Stream - Engineering Occupations List;
o Be currently working of have worked within the last 12 months in Alberta for a recognized Alberta Engineering, Procurement, and Construction company or a company which is a member of the Consulting Engineers of Alberta;
o Obtain a "Letter of No Objection" from the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta (APEGGA), unless they work in an occupation that falls under one of the following National Occupation Classifications codes: 2231, 2232, 2241 or 2253.
• Compulsory and Optional Trades Category
Eligible applicants must:
o Be currently residing in Alberta;
o Have a valid work permit from CIC in the trade in which you are certified
o Have an occupation that is listed as a Compulsory Trade or Optional Trade in Alberta;
o Be currently working or have previously worked for an Alberta employer in their trade;
o Have an Alberta Qualification Certificate in a compulsory or optional trade; and
o Have an invitation from Alberta Apprenticeship and Industry Training (AIT).
Alberta PNP Employer Driven Stream
To qualify under the Employer Driven Stream of the Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program, the applicant must have a valid job offer from an employer in Alberta and must qualify under one of the following three subcategories.
• Skilled Worker Category
o The job offer must be in a skilled occupation;
o The applicant must have the formal education and/or specialized training required for the position.
o The applicant must be licensed, if needed for their profession, from the appropriate Alberta licensing body
• International Graduate Category
o The international graduate must have completed a degree, diploma, or graduate level credential from an approved Canadian educational institution;
o The completed educational program must have been at least 2 years in length at the undergraduate level or 1 year in length at the graduate level;
o The job offer must be in a skilled occupation;
o The applicant must hold a current and valid post-graduation work permit issued by Citizenship and Immigration Canada;
o The applicant must have the formal education and/or specialized training required for the position.
• Semi-Skilled Worker Category
The applicant must possess the qualifications necessary for the job offer in one of the following industries:
o Food and Beverage;
o Hospitality;
o Manufacturing;
o Trucking – Transportation;
o Foodservices.
o The applicant must be currently working in Alberta on a work permit for an eligible occupation in one of the above fields;
o The applicant must have completed at least a high school level of education
o The applicant must meet minimum language requirements.

Alberta PNP Self Employed Farmer Stream
To qualify under the Self Employed Farmer Stream, the applicant must have:
• Prior managerial experience with an existing farm enterprise;
• Education, training and work experience necessary to develop a sustainable farming business in Alberta;
• A business plan for the farming enterprise to be developed in Alberta;
• Evidence that a Canadian financial institution is willing to finance the proposed farming enterprise;
• A minimum of $500,000 CAD of equity to invest in the farming enterprise;
• A minimum net worth of $500,000 CAD or confirmation of access to these funds from other sources.
Alberta PNP Family Stream
This category has been permanently closed.
To qualify under the Family Stream, applicants must have a close family member in Alberta (defined as a mother/father, son/daughter, sister/ brother, aunt/uncle, niece/nephew) who is willing to sign a Sponsorship Affidavit of Support.
The Canadian Sponsor must be at least 21 years of age and be able to demonstrate financial ability to support the applicant. He/she must be a Canadian citizen or Permanent
The Applicant must:
• Be between 21 and 45;
• Be able to demonstrate strong English language abilities;
• Have completed post-secondary education or training;
• Be able to demonstrate work experience; and
• Have at least CAD $10,000 and CAD $2,000 for each accompanying dependent of settlement funds to demonstrate ability to become successfully established in Alberta
