Client wanted the gray wrap + gloss black outline to carry onto the wheels too so we laid a clean strip application right on the rims, sealed under clear coat. Change a tire all you want, it’s never peeling. This is what precision looks like.

From curb damage to brand new. 🔥 This SVR wheel came in gouged and battered, but the finished result speaks for itself. The tricky part? Matching the color on the pockets a unique detail on this model and reproducing the SVR logo to factory spec. End result: flawless, color-matched pockets, black on the sides, and zero signs it was ever damaged.

Every single piece has to come apart bolts off, each section separated and every component gets fully refurbished on its own. Then comes the real test: reassembling everything perfectly so there’s zero wobble, zero vibration, and every bolt is torqued exactly where it needs to be.

Corvette wheels and cracks it’s more common than you’d think. 🏎️

It’s not a manufacturing issue or anything wrong with the repair itself it comes down to the combination of the car’s weight, speed, and tire offset. Even a brand new rim can crack again under the same conditions.

This particular wheel had another issue too a sloppy powder coat job from a previous shop. Bubbles all throughout the finish. For a car at this level, that’s just not acceptable.

Our plan: crack weld the wheel and bring it back to a completely refurbished, brand-new gloss black finish. Spotless, the way it should be.

Sometimes factory just isn’t enough. 👀

This Jeep wheel came stock with a small diamond cut under a black plate nice, but it didn’t say anything about the owner. He had gold trim inside the car he wanted to bring outside too.

Our move: a custom bronze gold finish that ties the whole vehicle together. One color choice, completely different car.

This is what happens when the wrong tire shop touches your rims.

A client brought us this Audi e-tron wheel after a regular tire shop used a standard machine and you can see the damage. Scratches all around the rim where the machine made contact during the tire removal.

At Leprecon, we only use leverless tire machines. No contact with the rim. Ever.

Now we’re bringing this wheel back to life custom color match, hand-drawn outlines on every spoke, and a finish that looks brand new.
