The worst lights we’ve seen in 17 yesrs, but still saved them 😉

These Porsche 911 headlight lenses normally have minor issues with fading over time, but these had been previously clear coated multiple times, which failed catastrophically and caused more damage. The only true way to restore these headlights is to fully remove the damage, and protect with PPF. The process used was extremely aggressive, we went as low as 80 grit to remove this crazing, and stress cracks. These headlights cost about $6000 each from Porsche, safe to say we saved the client a big bill.

It may be small issues to some, but they are a big deal Toronto Buffing Inc. . Several extensive projects underway with combinations of repainting, paint correction, chip repair, paint protection film, and ceramic coating. Such projects may be daunting for standard shops, but are a daily routine at our facility.

This Corvette was in good shape, but one thing stood out. The front bumper was previously repaired at an insurance body shop. The finish was poor, grainy, and was peeling throughout. The balance of the body had swirls and minor scratches from normal use, and was protected with ceramic pro 6 years prior. We removed the bumper, removed the compromised paint, then refinished the panel. The vehicle also received a 3-Stage Polish, and Ceramic Pro Silver Package.

This isn’t your normal buff and polish headlight restoration.

These 996 Porsche headlights came to us in horrendous condition, as is the case with many Porsche’s of this era. We performed our most aggressive headlight restoration to restore the former glory of these lights.

We used 320, 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000 grit sanding, followed by 3 stages of polishing. Each headlight took roughly 3 hours from start to finish. The end results will be protected for a lifetime with PPF.
