The sailing world lost Charlie Dalin, one of the greatest offshore sailors of his generation.

Winner of the 2024–2025 Vendée Globe and holder of the race record, Charlie inspired sailors around the world with his professionalism, determination, and love of the sea. He achieved his greatest victory while quietly battling cancer, showing extraordinary courage both on and off the water.

Our thoughts are with his family, friends, teammates, and the entire sailing community.

A sailor may leave the horizon, but his wake remains forever.
