Job Title: Sales Associate - Ceramic Pro Vancouver + Elements Labs
Job Description: Ceramic Pro Vancouver + Elements Labs, a leading provider of automotive protection solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-growing automotive protection industry, focusing on the sales of ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and tint. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell Ceramic Pro Vancouver + Elements Labs' products, including ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and tint.
Proactively seek out new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and client referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, automotive dealerships, detailing shops, and other industry partners to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about the benefits of Ceramic Pro Vancouver + Elements Labs' products, with a particular focus on Kavaca paint protection film, ION ceramic coatings, and IR tint.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position Ceramic Pro Vancouver + Elements Labs' products in the market.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management, using our CRM system.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows as required to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.
Initially, work in person at our Vancouver location, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid work model after successful onboarding.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
Strong passion for cars and knowledge of automotive protection products such as ceramic coatings, paint protection film, and tint.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships with customers.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience using CRM software to manage customer information, track sales activities, and maintain pipeline management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a personalized and memorable experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary + commission and benefits package after 1 year, as well as ongoing training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Annual Salary Expectations : $40,000-$70,000
