6-Panel Whiting-Style Door Replacement in Chilliwack 🔧🚛

Another successful mobile installation — this time for a client in Chilliwack, BC.
Complete replacement of the old roll-up door with a new 6-panel Whiting-style door, including installation, alignment and final adjustments for smooth and reliable operation.

Project complete for JC Liquidators in Mission, BC!

This final truck received a brand-new 7-panel Whiting styled roll-up door, professionally installed for smooth operation, reliability, and a clean factory-style finish.

As part of this fleet project, we also replaced the spring sets on the two larger trucks. Their previous composite doors required heavier-duty 207 Whiting springs, which are too strong for standard dry freight doors. After installing the new doors, we fitted 187 Whiting springs—the most commonly used spring size for 5, 6, and 7-panel Whiting dry doors—ensuring proper balance, smoother operation, and longer component life.

Another custom truck door transformation completed! 🚛🔧
This project involved replacing the upper four panels and converting the door by installing three larger panels for a cleaner, stronger, and more modern setup.

Our work also included: ✔️ Patching, polishing, and painting the two bottom panels ✔️ Painting the gate and threshold area ✔️ Painting all four door rims for a fresh, factory-like finish
The end result completely transformed the look and functionality of the truck, and we're proud to deliver another high-quality project.
