I would like to take a moment to shine a spotlight on the tires that I personally run on my vehicles!
On my brown Ford 1 ton service truck, I use Comforser CF1100 for the drive tires. These tires hook up exceptionally well and provide excellent traction, especially with the additional weight of my flat deck. Very reasonably priced, good quality and durable tires that are available in 8 and 10 ply varieties (depending on the size). One of my top recommendations for affordable all terrain tires!
For steering tires this winter I am running toyo WLT1 winter tires. These are a night-and-day difference over a regular all season or all terrain tire, provide excellent braking and steering control and are a very, very durable tire. I have a customer that attested to 70,000kms out of a set, running year round!
On my Chevrolet 1500 I run General Grabber ATX. These are a quiet, smooth running all terrain with great traction in snow, wet weather or mud (and believe me, I have found plenty of each!). If ice is your concern, they are also studdable!
If you have any questions about recommendations, pricing or availability on these (or any other tire) give me a text or a call at 306-210-9057, send me a DM on messenger, or comment on this post!
