Another perfect example of the importance of maintenance. This came in with a noise in the rear end, customer new it was a warped tire so he came prepared with his summer tires, once I pull the tires I find both rear shocks blown out, hmm wonder what caused the premature tire failure? Long story short the shocks are a direct contact component, meaning it keeps those tires firm on the ground & help in the proper wear if the tire.

Good morning Truck drivers & Owner operators. I can't stress enough about the importance of regular maintenance! It definitely has the most effect on the longevity of your vehicle. Get those cabin,air,ccv,oil,fuel & trans filters changed on a regular I promise your long term bills will be less & your vehicle will be working more!!!

2013 Mercedes-Benz C300 The dealer had refused to fix, instead they choose to try to sell the door panel, customer quickly researched the info on the repair & found out it can be done, without replacing the door panel. Customer supplied the part I simply installed it! Another happy customer with more money left in his pocket!

Do you believe this vehicle went to new Brunswick and back like this!! Absolutely blows my mind that this is the only damage done, how unbelievable lucky this customer is to not have had this granade during her travels. What's even more unbelievable is that two other shops have billed this customer to inspect the noise, and came up inconclusive, if they would have only pulled a wheel?

Are there strange new noises coming from your vehicle?? Don't mistake a small noise for something small!! This customers "small noise" turned into a bid deal! Complete differential bearing replacement, luckily caught this in time that it didn't take out the diff gears and axles! Get that noise checked out people!!!
