Looking to start your career or just looking for a new role and learn new skills, Autos Of The 6 is looking for a full time receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting and Reception: Welcoming visitors with a professional demeanour, and identifying their needs
Telephone Management: Answering, screening, and forwarding high-volume incoming calls efficiently.
Scheduling Appointments: Coordinating service appointments, test drives, and customer appointments with sales personnel.
Administrative Support: Maintaining, filing, and updating customer records, processing vehicle sales documents, and managing customer data in the Dealership Management System (DMS).
Cashiering Duties: Processing payments for service, parts, or vehicle deposits and reconciling the cash drawer.
Showroom Maintenance: Keeping the reception area, lobby, and customer lounge tidy and well-stocked with amenities (coffee, brochures).
Lead Distribution: Routing internet inquiries and sales leads to the appropriate department or sales personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for professional interaction with customers and staff.
Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple phone lines, walk-in customers, and administrative tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of computers, MS Office
Customer Service Orientation: A friendly, professional, and patient attitude.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED is generally required; prior experience in a similar customer service or administrative role is preferred.
