Solstice F1 2011 F1 in Schools Team-Solstice Welcome to the official Facebook fanpage of the 2011 F1 in Schools Team-Solstice.

We are a F1 in Schools collaboration team consisting of six students
from Canada and England. The English half of our team is made up of students from Robert Mays
School, Hampshire, England. As F1 Team, Blur, we were the 2011 F1 in Schools British champions in the Bloodhound category; along with winning the "Fastest Car" and "Best Marketing and Sponsorship"' awards. The Canadian half of our tea

m is made up of students from Dr. Norman
Bethune Collegiate Institute, Toronto, Canada. As F1 team, Avalaunch,
we placed 2nd overall at the 2010 F1 in Schools Canadian National
Competition. So far, both sides of our team have had great success in the F1 in
Schools Technology Challenge. With our knowledge and ambition, we hope
to become the first ever collaboration team to be crowned the winners
ofthe F1 in Schools World Finals.
