⚠️Be Alert! QR Code STICKERS on parking machines are NOT legitimate. Use only official payment options.

We are aware that invalid QR code stickers are being placed on some of our machines in an attempt to redirect payment. Unfortunately, this is something that can happen to any unattended digital or metered payment system.

Toronto Parking Authority maintenance staff, as well as Toronto police enforcement officers are vigilant in reporting when they see fraudulent stickers. These incidents are then reported to City of Toronto Cyber Security and the websites are forced to shut down.

Customers should be aware that older model machines do not have QR code capability, so any sticker on a machine is fraudulent. The new machines have QR codes embedded right into the screen, so any stickers placed on these machines are also fraudulent.

If available, use the Green P App for secure and easy payment. Thank you and stay alert.

Service Update: The City of Toronto remains in a snow event. Snow removal operations are underway, and on-street parking remains prohibited on designated snow routes.

Please refer to snow routes here https://bit.ly/3LRQ8JK, posted signage, and do not park in these areas. Please follow signage and messages in the Green P Parking App at these locations during these operations.
