Responsibilities:
1)Performing vehicle regular maintenance, basic and major repairs in a timely manner
2)Inspecting assigned vehicles to determine if additional safety work is required or recommended
3)Familiar with completing vehicle inspection report and comfortable road-testing vehicles if enquired using safe driving standards
4)Able to do all sort of duties
5)Consulting if additional work is required
6)Order parts if required
7)Keeping up-to date with manufacturer TSB and recalls
8)Achieving set personal targets
9)Provide clear and accurate documentation of all repairs
10)Use appropriate tools, test equipment, and report defective equipment
11)Sustaining a high attention to details and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
12)Strives to go the extra mile to meet the quality standards our customers expect.
Qualifications:
1 – 3 years of Technician or Apprentice Technician
Must be able to work and perform electrical and mechanical diagnosis with minimal supervision
Valid Driver’s License
Able to establish and maintain good working relations with the team
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
Automotive repairs Technician: 1-3 years (preferred)
COVID-19 considerations:
Staff daily pre-screening
Disinfect all vehicles that come in for service
Face masks are mandatory
