Bad customer today. a bit of back story is after previous work she complained about dirt or mud in her car. turns out she was concerned with grime in both rear door sills. she gave me the chance to clean the car without specifying that area. we cleaned exterior bumpers. running boards, fenders etc. she further complained about grease spots in both rear door sills. i knew we didn't do such things but said "get it cleaned and bring me an invoice"........$160 later, me paying her invoice in cash, she is happy........there goes any profit/margin on the invoice for repairs provided..........months later she makes an appointment for cat conv replacement.......i questioned myself when accepting the appointment.....today her car is here...we bring it in the shop.....i open the rear door to find the exact same grease/undercoating greasy area.......at about the same time i get a text from her....I'll quote......"morning jeep is there. d/s rear door doesn't open just an fyi. can the guys please not get mud everywhere. cat is in the back seat.".....OMG not doing this again says me.........at that point i had the guys back the car out and texted her to come pick up her jeep.....if i was on my iphone now i could post pics of said grime from the first incident and grime that is there now......none of which is my or my guys fault....it's just common grime. .....my text was "jeep is outside. come get your keys. not taking on that liability again." to other garage owners beware of a M***** with a white four door jeep wrangler. she will try to hold you accountable for dirt/grime in her rear door wells even though you had no reason to be in the back seat. she will also bring her "man friend" when she picks up her keys to slam the door as hard as he can, to then rant and rave from the edge of the parking lot.....have a good life M******. Have Man/boy friend have a good life too......here are lots of other garages to try to screw over.....have better luck with them........as i said this morning...."have a good life...not here"

PS turns out i can share a pic of today's grease/grime/mud......the same as six months ago.....when i saw this dirt....and then her text saying "have your guys keep the dirt out of it " a reasonable response is " back it outside. not doing this again".........yet she gets mad at me .....

Our government is fu**ed. Got this unexpected note today. I was going to pay my 40 k first or second of December. I’ve just been holding it and letting it accumulate interest. But they don’t want it for ANOTHER year interest free. All good with me.

i don't......generally just don't. but my son in law/employee was excited and wanted to go to Ottawa this weekend......rented him a car......maskless rental interaction (but thats a different story).......24 hours later he and Kat are THERE......phone calls and live feeds feeling the love ......not just him but the crowd......soooooo happy he gets to experience this....once in a lifetime kinda stuff......glad i can do my little bit......safe travels Michael Landry https://www.facebook.com/grant.cherwaty/videos/363820008604418

i don't post much here. saw this video and it struck a chord. it's hokey abit but fits with GrantAuto thoughts. mine at least. i'm the ginger in in the world of dealerships and main street high taxes big business garages looking to make a buck.
