We are excited to announce the 2026 Thunder City Speedway Season Schedule! 🏁

Weekly classes will include:
• Thunder Bay Truck Centre WISSOTA Modifieds
• Mezo Motors & Machine WISSOTA Super Stocks
• Itec Equipment Inc WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds
• Mastrangelo Fuels WISSOTA Street Stocks
• Tractor Trailer Service WISSOTA Hornets

The season kicks off on May 6th with Open Practice Night, giving drivers the opportunity to shake off the cobwebs and dial in their cars for the year ahead.

“𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙐𝙥 𝙞𝙣 𝙃𝙚𝙧 𝙃𝙤𝙣𝙤𝙪𝙧 – 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙮𝙚𝙣𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙊𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧” Join us early on May 13th, prior to opening ceremonies, for a special on-track tribute to Cheyenne (Brady) Vaillant, whom we lost earlier this month in a tragic accident.
Before the first green flag of the 2026 season, our drivers will line their cars up on the track in her honour.. a tribute to the young woman who once lined them up herself with pride and dedication each race night.
We invite our racing community, friends, and family to arrive early and stand with us as we remember Cheyenne, celebrate her life, and begin this season united in her memory. ❤️‍🩹

🏁July 22nd: A fan-favourite event: The Richard Schutte 'Double Deuce' Tribute & Meet the Drivers Night

🏁August 26th: The Brandt Season Championship Night, concluding track points

🏁September 25-26: The Thunder Bay Truck Centre Dirt Track Nationals
• PLUS Practice: September 24th
