Chers amis, clients et fournisseurs,
Je suis heureux et enthousiaste aujourd'hui de vous partager un changement majeur dans ma carriĂšre et dans ma vie. AprĂšs prĂšs de 40 ans passĂ©s dans l'industrie des pneus, principalement dans le domaine de la rĂ©paration, je passe le flambeau et cĂšde la direction des entreprises ITRS (International Tire Repair Solutions Inc., Vulcan-Vulcap Industries Inc. et Transit ITRS Inc.) Ă des personnes talentueuses, gĂ©nĂ©reuses et aussi soucieuses que moi Ă faire une diffĂ©rence pour lâenvironnement .
Je quitte donc mon poste de prĂ©sident du conseil effectif le 1 juillet 2023 mĂȘme si le transfert des entreprises sera complĂ©tĂ© dâici quelques mois. David Dandeneault demeure prĂ©sident de Vulcan-Vulcap Industries Inc., Gabriel Boutet assumant la prĂ©sidence d'ITRS (International Tire Repair Solutions Inc.) et Jean-FĂ©lix LavallĂ©e prĂ©sident de Transit ITRS Inc. Je resterai au sein du conseil d'administration de chacune des entreprises et je serai disponible pour les assistĂ©s.
Dans les prochains mois, je serai disponible pour prendre certains mandats pour assister des entreprises au niveau de leur dĂ©veloppement international ou autre. ParallĂšlement Ă cela, j'ai rĂ©cemment terminĂ© ma formation en tant que conseiller en voyage et accompagnateur de groupe. AprĂšs 35 annĂ©es de voyages Ă travers le monde, j'ai dĂ©cidĂ© de partager mon expĂ©rience et mes connaissances en lançant mon activitĂ© de voyage. Je tiens à profiter de cette occasion pour exprimer ma sincÚre gratitude envers tous mes clients, fournisseurs et employés actuels et passés. Le domaine du pneu a été une famille pour moi ou plusieurs clients et fournisseurs sont maintenant des amis personnels. Sans vous, je n'aurais pas pu accomplir tout ce que nous avons réalisé au fil des années. Je tiens à vous dire un grand MERCI.
Enfin, je souhaite adresser mes meilleurs vĆux Ă mes trois associĂ©s, David, Gabriel et Jean-FĂ©lix, qui prendront dĂ©sormais les rĂȘnes des entreprises. Je leur souhaite bonne chance et autant de plaisir que j'ai eu Ă dĂ©velopper ces trois entreprises. Je suis convaincu qu'elles continueront Ă prospĂ©rer et Ă grandir dans les annĂ©es Ă venir. Dear friends, customers and suppliers,
I'm happy and excited today to share with you a major change in my career and in my life. After nearly 40 years in the tire industry, mainly in the repair field, I'm passing the torch and handing over the management of the ITRS companies (International Tire Repair Solutions Inc., Vulcan-Vulcap Industries Inc. and Transit ITRS Inc.) to talented, generous people who care as much as I do about making a difference for the environment.
I therefore leave my position as Chairman of the Board effective July 1, 2023, even though the transfer of the companies will be completed within the next few months. David Dandeneault remains President of Vulcan-Vulcap Industries Inc. while Gabriel Boutet assuming the presidency of ITRS (International Tire Repair Solutions Inc.) and Jean-Félix Lavallée president of Transit ITRS Inc. I will remain on the Board of Directors of each company and will be available to assist them.
In the coming months, I'll be available to take on certain mandates to assist companies with their international development or other matters. Along with this, I recently completed my training as a travel consultant and group leader. After 35 years of traveling the world, I've decided to share my experience and knowledge by launching my own travel business. Finally, I'd like to extend my best wishes to my three partners, David, Gabriel and Jean-FĂ©lix, who will now be taking over the reins of the companies. I wish them the best of luck and as much pleasure as I have had in developing these three companies. I am convinced that they will continue to prosper and grow in the years to come.
