Black Widow RAM 2500. Walk the whole truck and you will not find a piece of chrome on it.

Blacked out grille, blacked badging, black bumpers, black wheels on all-terrains, lifted, crew cab, tow mirrors. Same heavy duty underneath. Completely different truck standing next to it.

Black Widow has been doing this since 1979, back when it was a fiberglass shop in Alabama turning out delivery vans.

It became Southern Comfort, then one of the largest upfitters in the industry, and now sits under Factory Vehicles

Almost fifty years of that, finished here in Oldcastle.

Black Widow started in 1979 as a small fiberglass shop in Trussville, Alabama.

For years it built delivery vans.

That became Southern Comfort, and Southern Comfort became one of the biggest upfitters in the industry before brought it in alongside Tuscany.

Almost fifty years from a fiberglass shop to this badge.

Badged in Oldcastle, Ontario.

Harley-Davidson filed the trademark on the Bar and Shield in July of 1910, seven years after the company started.

Their own archives will tell you nobody knows who designed it or where the idea came from. That part is just gone.

A hundred and sixteen years later it is still the same shape, and it is one of the most defended trademarks in American industry.

Which is why it does not end up on a truck casually.

This one was badged right here in Oldcastle.

The cobra has been on these cars since 1962 🐎

It is not a trim level and you cannot order it as a package. Shelby American serializes every build and records it in the registry, which means the badge is a document as much as it is a badge.

Small block, and the car that everything Shelby American has built since traces back to. Every one built in the first year wore the same paint.
