RACE DAY FORMAT: Race four of our 2026 season, the Hobby Stock Dash for Cash, taking place tomorrow, August 12th. The green flag goes in the air for racing at 7pm!
Pit gates will open at 4:45pm, practice begins at 5:30pm with grandstand gates opening at 5pm.
We look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday!

50TH ANNIVERSARY SEASON: The 2026 season is rolling on, and there's still lots of racing left on Grand Lake Road.

In 2024, we decided to shake things up by adding Wednesday night racing. It didn't take long for it to become a fan favourite, and we're excited to have it back again this year!

💥 Redneck Wreckfest
Saturday, September 26th

Y'all loved this one, and we knew yas would! There was no way Redneck Wreckfest wasn't coming back. Get ready for another night of wrecks, chaos, and the kind of entertainment you ain't gonna find anywhere else.

🏆 5th Annual Caper Memorial
Friday/Saturday, October 16th & 17th

We'll close out our 5th season in operation, with our biggest and most special weekend of the year. The Caper Memorial has become a meaningful part of our schedule, giving families the chance to honour and remember loved ones who shared the same passion for the race track that we do.

SAFWAY AUTO PARTS MINI STOCK SHOWCASE:

Saturday's weather made things interesting, but we were able to get the full show completed. The rain made us work for it, but in the end, the cars were able to hit the track.

After a difficult week at Bud's Speedway, it meant a lot to see our racing community come together. Race teams, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and fans all played a part in helping us honour our founder, Wendell "Bud" Greer, the best way we know how—by opening the gates and going racing.

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the event. Whether you raced, worked, sponsored, volunteered, or bought a ticket, you helped make the night possible.

Now our focus shifts to Wednesday, August 12th for the Hobby Stock Dash for Cash. We look forward to seeing everyone back at Bud's Speedway for another great night of racing on Grand Lake Road!

SAFWAY AUTO PARTS MINI STOCK SHOWCASE: HAPPENING TODAY AT 6PM!

Tonight marks our final Saturday evening race of the 2026 season!

Our remaining schedule shifts to Wednesday nights, with races on August 12 and September 16. We'll then wrap up another great season during our 5th Annual CAPER Memorial Weekend on October 16 & 17.

And don't forget about Redneck Wreckfest on September 26, as it ain't your regular race night. We're talkin' loud cars, big hits, plenty of laughs, and a whole lot of mayhem.
