On the Mainline dyno with the R32 test mule. Currently running a refreshed stock RB26 and their SR58 turbo kit and intercooler. Calibration done via a Haltech Elite. Current sessions calibration work included full load cell tuning of fuel and ignition maps , knock control strategy, closed loop boost control and flex fuel. 430 whp at e7 and 20 psi. 480 whp at e30 and 23 psi. Next we will be further testing and calibrating of spectrum motorsports turbo offerings. Stay tuned.

Second flex fuel fbo tune in two day’s. Beautiful example of a face lifted DBA with some tasteful mods. Making 570whp on e60 and 495whp on e0.

Over the years Wei's car has grown from an FBO build into something much more.

Now equipped with a full Independent Speed Shop engine and transmission package this car now makes approximately 1200WHP.

Things are shaping up here.... first in BC possibly?

Tuning has always been application specific, what may work for one person may not work for another.

We were tasked with converting Jacky’s recently purchased Evo 9 highway monster into something that had a more usable powerband for track use with the intent that the car would still be street driven. We focused on basic upkeep of the vehicle to start, replacing basic maintenance items so that we would have a solid foundation to start tuning from.

A Link ECU G4+ Plug-in was opted for to reduce the amount of wiring to complete the install. A speed density conversion coupled with a fuel pressure sensor were installed to help keep the car reliable during track abuse. We opted to focus on making the car livable, which meant that the car had to start and idle without assistance from the throttle with the aggressive GSC 272 cams.

The request from Jacky was to provide him with a smooth flat torque curve which would suit his driving style. While there is more power to be had from the hardware, a full conversion to a flex fuel setup will be utilized for safety before we’ll be pursuing anymore power. We’ll be looking towards pushing the setup further in the future!

Mang brought his tastefully done S2000 CR in for a Hondata Flashpro Tune. Although this car might not look like much on the outside, the complimentary wheel and tire package, coupled with the Penske coilovers make this a very fun car to autocross.

We were happy to complement the intake and exhaust package with a much needed tune that really wakes up the sleeping mid range power.

Anyone remember this blast from the past?

Jimmy brought his S13.5 for an engine install and tune on his fresh SR20 build. The old engine wiring was replaced with a new harness paired with a Link G4+ Storm with our standard fuel pressure monitoring package. A custom catch can setup was fabricated for adequate crank case pressure relief
