Customer was 3 days from travelling to California when their 2011 BMW X3 started having harsh transmission downshifts. The vehicle also exhibited a whining sound. We replace the transmission filter/pan assembly, transmission fluid, transfer case fluid and reset the computers' adaptives. It ran perfect! Happy customers are now sipping margaritas overlooking a golf course in Palm Springs :)
