This week, we’re featuring Sarah Smith, Financial Services Manager, who joined the Jonker Honda family in February 2025 and brings more than a decade of experience in the automotive industry.

Sarah enjoys the people side of her role most—meeting customers, helping them navigate their options, and finding solutions that get them approved and on the road. She also appreciates the great clientele and supportive team environment at Jonker Honda.

Outside of work, Sarah is a wife, mother, and self-described “solar-powered” outdoor enthusiast! ☀️ When she’s not at the dealership, she loves camping, biking, kayaking, fishing, running, hiking, and spending time outdoors. She also enjoys working out at her friend’s home gym.

One of Sarah’s proudest professional accomplishments was receiving the Honda Financial Services Manager Excellence Award for 2025, recognizing top-performing Financial Services Managers across Western Canada.

Sarah’s advice to anyone entering the industry? Keep learning. Financial services is constantly changing, so staying informed and flexible is essential.

Her playlist is filled with EDM and house music, while tacos are her favourite food and a good Merlot is her drink of choice. 🍷🌮

And if Sarah were a Honda? She’d be the Honda Passport—adventurous, capable, and always ready to explore. Plus, she loves collecting stamps in her passport! 🌎
