“We believe transparency builds trust, and honesty helps create lasting relationships.”

Wise words from OK Tire member, Garry Jheount – owner of our newest location, OK Tire Edmonton 142nd St.! 🟡⚙️

Taking a detailed approach to his work, Garry is guiding his team to do more than just repair vehicles. Helping the community truly understand their vehicle’s needs so they can make informed decisions about maintenance and safety are key to his approach.

In true OK Tire 2.0 fashion, this year’s regional meetings took on a bit of a different look.

For our first-ever OK Tire Summit, members and partners throughout the West gathered in Calgary, Alberta for a few days of updates, training and fun. 🟡

After a series of educational presentations from partners, Groupe Touchette, Blackhawk Tire North America, Toyo Tires Canada, Bridgestone Canada and NAPA Auto Parts, as well as an inspiring speech from guest speaker, Tyler Smith, the team pivoted to an exciting tradeshow to cap off the event.

Staying true to our community roots, we had some friendly competition to help raise funds for a member of the South Okanagan OK Tire family (and their community) who lost everything in this summer’s devastating wildfires.

Thank you to all attendees for helping making our inaugural event such a success. 👏

We’re ready to take on the East!

Are you ready to conquer both on and off the road? Off-road tires are designed to provide superior traction and handling on unpaved terrains like dirt and gravel while adding a rugged appeal to your vehicle!

Choose All-Terrain (A/T) tires for versatile performance on and off the road. With smaller, tighter tread blocks, A/T tires strike the right balance between gravel, rocks, and pavement. Enjoy reduced road noise and a smoother ride on dry surfaces.

For extreme off-road driving, Mud-Terrain (M/T) tires are the way to go. These rugged tires feature thicker, heavier tread blocks and sidewalls to handle the challenges rough terrain, including mud, rocks, or other obstacles.

When choosing between A/T and M/T tires, consider your specific needs and tire application to minimize issues like tread block damage. At OK Tire, we can help you find the perfect off-road to get your ready for your next adventure!

🚗 Tire Maintenance Tip: Rotate for Longer Lasting Tires! 🔄

Did you know that rotating your tires regularly is a key part of vehicle maintenance? It's true! By achieving more uniform wear across all your tires, you can save big bucks in the long run. 💰

Here's a handy guide to keep your tires in top shape:
1️⃣ Check your owner's manual for the recommended tire rotation interval. It's the best way to stay on track!
2️⃣ If the manual isn't available, vehicle manufacturers suggest rotating your tires at the same interval as changing the oil and filter. That's around every 7,500 miles or 12,000 km, or every 6 months—whichever comes first.
3️⃣ Remember, regular tire rotation and inflation attention contribute to longer tire life. So, it pays to pay attention! 😉

Don't let uneven wear catch you off guard. Keep those tires rolling smoothly and enjoy the savings. Your wallet will thank you! 💰
