We are not accepting calls at this time as we mourn the loss of Denis.

Denis was a huge part of our company and our lives. Beyond being Pierre’s dad and his biggest supporter, Denis was someone many of our clients came to know personally. He spent years helping on calls and recoveries, always ready to lend a hand and never hesitating to show up when someone needed help. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others left a lasting impact on everyone he worked with.

Denis will be deeply missed. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we take time to grieve and honor his memory.

Notice to all,

Due to staff shortages as well as new TSSEA regulations surrounding the towing industry prolonging and blocking the hiring of new staff. We unfortunately will have to continue turning away calls. We will continue to do our best to accommodate as many clients as we can but there are only so many hours in a day and our staff do need rest and would like to enjoy time with their families as well just like anyone else. If we have to turn you away, we will refer you to other towing companies in the surrounding areas.

That being said, we will no longer be tolerating the ignorance and disrespectful behaviors when we provide a longer ETA, pricing or simply have to turn you away due to not being able to take on anymore work.

Emergency calls will always remain our priority and therefore, we remain open and available “24-7 “ (after hours) to emergencies only.

At roughly 11:30 this morning, what we hoped didn’t, couldn’t or wouldn’t happen to one of our employees did. The harsh reality is that even though we hear about it so often being what we consider “far from home” became home this morning. Our driver and truck was struck on the side of the road. We cannot stress enough the importance behind “ slow down and move over”. Out of respect to; our driver, our friend and one we very much consider family as well as his family and the other’s involved; no photos will be posted and we ask those who have some to refrain from posting them as well while he focuses on his recovery. We are so thankful that given the extent of the accident our driver will kick ass and recover! As well as for the tremendous amount of phone calls and messages for our driver and his recovery. The support of other towing companies during this time has been amazing, we are all fighting the same fight!

Dec. 16, 2021 members of the responded to a single motor vehicle collision on , West Nipissing. From the investigation, the motor vehicle had struck a Bison from a local farm and it is believed that seven more Bison are still roaming the area. No person had been injured from collision.
Bison are wild animals. Even though they look docile, bison are dangerous, unpredictable, and may charge without warning.
The are advising motorists who travel on , between and to , and use extreme caution while driving. Do not approach any of these animals. Contact the Nipissing West OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122, if a Bison is observed on or near the highway. ^rl
