Development nearly complete, here are the first water-cooled turbo assemblies designed for the Sea-Doo Spark.
Stunning billet aluminum parts, a habit at Precision EFI, like the one that connects the exhaust manifold to the turbo. We can also see the AN fitting added to the manifold which redirects the water to the turbo to cool the core exposed to extreme temperature. An essential solution for a turbo system operating inside a poorly ventilated engine compartment.
The 160 hp Sea-Doo Spark, soon on rivers across America.

Le développement presque terminé, voici les premiers ensembles de turbo à refroidissement à l'eau conçus pour le Sea-Doo Spark.
Les belles pièces en aluminium usinées, une coutume chez Précision EFI, comme celle qui relie le collecteur d'échappement au turbo. On peut voir aussi le raccord AN ajouté au collecteur qui redirige l'eau vers le turbo pour refroidir le cœur exposé à la température extrême des gaz d'échappement. Une solution indispensable pour un système de turbo fonctionnant à l'intérieur d'un compartiment moteur très peu ventilé. People ask how come I'm more money than other shops for tire installing.
Here is a prime example of what I do compared to others .
Chrome was peeling on the rim causing a poor seal on these aluminum rims .
Wire wheel on a 3.5" grinder takes care of the problem.
If it doesn't I'll peel off the chrome until the rim is clean and clear .
Then apply the bead sealer and install tires.
After tire installed I check the bead to make sure no leaks .

Customers car in for brakes. Believe it or not the old brakes are under 1 year old.
Amazon Junk.
You get what you pay for.
New brakes and rotors made in Ontario Canada.
No offshore scrap here .
Anti sieze, used on all bolts, unlike the last person that did his brakes.

I always do jobs keeping in mind that I might be the one doing it again down the road.
