Boss won a ticket to the Rotax Grand Finals with us this weekend! He was absolutely phenomenal on track, bringing his racecraft to a new level and putting it all on the line for this opportunity.

Boss Patel is going to the Grand Finals!

Following an incredibly strong weekend at Greg Moore Raceway where he exhibited fantastic speed and race craft, has punched his ticket to the Grand Finals. This will be his first trip to the “Olympics of Karting”.

Boss had the following to say when asked what he was most looking forward to at the Grand Finals:

“At Grand Finals, the thing I’m looking forward to is getting to race with some of the best racers around the world. The competition will be so tight and I’m so hyped to attend!”

He also had the following to thank: “My biggest thanks is going to have to go to the entire Haggerty Autosport Team. It was unnecessary for all of them to be there but they showed up to cheer me on. They gave me a wonderful kart to drive and taught me tons. I’d also like to applaud Blake and Max Karting Group for hosting such a phenomenal event and providing a gateway into the highest level of completion there is.”

Another of our guys who won BIG on Saturday, Boss Patel walked away with 2nd Place 🥈in Jr Rotax, as well as FIRST🎉🥇🎉 in Jr 2 Briggs!

Our 4th Driver Profile from Canadian Karting Nationals. #28 Boss Patel! Great job Boss!

As some of you may know, after winning North Of 49, I had the opportunity to compete in Ontario for the Canadian Karting Nationals.
It was no doubt an experience I won't forget, and I undoubtedly learned tons of new skills. While I was there, I pitted under the PRO (Professional Racing Ontario) tent. They taught me many things and my teammates spent so much time helping me learn the new track which was the funnest track I have ever driven on, with both elevation and steep hills. The competition is super intense and very aggressive and because of that, I learned so many new tips about my racecraft. In the end I finished 8th after getting hit off the track 3 times in the pre-final, and was only 2 tenths off the track record by Sunday. I believe this experience helped to make me a better driver and I would definitely recommend everybody challenge themselves at this event. It is an experience I will never forget, and I enjoyed every second of it!!! I would not be here without my parents and teammates and the amazing direction of Haggerty Autosport.
