**Job Summary:**
As a Service Advisor at Eldon Ingram Ltd, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will play a crucial role in delivering a superior customer experience by coordinating service appointments, providing accurate estimates, and ensuring timely communication between customers and our service team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them with their automotive service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar.
- Provide detailed and accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, services, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for scheduling and record-keeping.
