Quite pleased with this 7.3 truck. Over the years we we’ve been slowly been upgrading things as they break and I’m really confident this truck has over 500hp now.

Last time the truck was in we did the regulated return fuel system, injectors, valve cover harnesses, 8 new glow plugs and the custom tuning. We also found the reg return didn’t have the best solution for hooking up the fuel lines to the blocks so we made some braided AN fuel lines. Truck has close to 400,000km and runs great. Probably other little odds and ends I can’t think off.

-Fass fuel system
-Driven Diesel regulated return
-Built trans
-Our fabricated custom 4” dual exhaust w/ 4” downpipe
-Warren 180cc 30% injectors
-KC gen 2 stg 1 Turbo
-PHP hydra chip with custom tuning (switch on the fly)

We don’t specialize in any platforms. We can make them all run and drive proper!

We have now added walnut blasting to our service list for your GDI or multiport engines. This Mazda was direct injection and had intermittent misfires on cold start and while driving. We ran some tests to find out surely it was the intake valve hanging open. We tried an aerosol solution with a bit of an improvement, but still wasn’t fixed. Intake tract solutions can work ok if there’s a small amount of build up, but it can pool in the intake manifold and is known to be hard on cats if you’re not careful with it . So we decided it was time to order the intake port blasting machine. It does work good I’m sure we will get it more dialed in as we use it more.
