SO...Rook2 is a big girl, and does alright carrying its weight... as far as a brick weighing 19500lbs goes, but in the summer months when outside temps are above 20degrees C, there has been instances where Transmission temps approach the red line, which makes a guy nervous to say the least. Yesterday I installed a deep sump pil pan from PPE, parts supplied by Dirty Diesel Customs. Test drove today and happy to say the difference is noticable. ROOK2 was able to maintain highway speeds and keep pace while maintaining temperature around 104-106 degreesC vs 109+. It might not seem like much l, but its enough for me to relax on the highway.

Beautiful job by Pats Driveline in Edmonton. Couple of weld on yokes replaced, assembly balanced and painted. I scaled the rust and replaced the ujoints plus steady bearings prior to dropping off. The turnaround time was reasonable. Rebuilt assembly Installed & the Vehicle is delivered. Onto the next one...
