💰 Compensation:
Commission-based role with top performers earning $100,000+ annually
Guaranteed minimum income of $682.69 weekly during your first year, unless commissions exceed that amount
💬 What You'll Be Doing:
Connect with customers in the showroom, online, and over the phone
Learn about customer needs and match them with the right Honda vehicle
Present vehicle features, benefits, and test drives with confidence
Follow up with prospects and build long-term customer relationships
Work alongside finance and management teams to finalize deals
Stay informed on new Honda models, technology, and promotions
Contribute to a positive and high-energy sales team environment
✅ Ideal Candidate Traits:
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Goal-oriented and motivated by success
• Professional presentation with a customer-first mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driver's abstract
