If you ever have the misfortune of being involved in an accident, whether you choose to go through insurance or not, we would love to assist you in safely getting back on the road.
Martin’s Customizing Inc. has been in business for over 40 years and we are proud of our reputation of providing honest, fair and quality work.
More and more we are hearing stories of insurance companies pressuring customers to take their vehicles to the insurance companies “preferred shops”. Insurance companies receive discounts and kickbacks from their preferred shops. They are trying to have your vehicle fixed for as cheap as possible and not necessarily by the shop who will provide the best quality service.
There are two main scare tactics insurance companies use:
1) “We can’t guarantee the repair work if you take your vehicle to the shop of your choice”
Insurance companies do not guarantee the repair work, the repair shop does. Martin’s Customizing Inc. guarantees the work we do for as long as you own your vehicle.
2) “If there are additional costs as the repair is being done, it may come out of your pocket”
Insurance companies are bound by law to pay for your vehicle to be repaired back to ‘pre-accident condition’. If something comes up during the repair, the insurance company is liable to pay.
Far too many friends and customers have felt pressured by their insurance company to have their vehicles repaired at their “preferred shops”. You pay a lot for insurance. Know your rights!
