Some new skills attempted with metal work and brazing to get these pipes back ready for the track this coming season.

Timelapse of repairing a set of 1960s Honda CB305 valve caps. These had to be made functional rather then restored. With the hex heads fixed these can go back onto the machine and complete the rebuild.

This summer the shop picked up a new tow rig.

1983 ford e350 Centurion conversion.

7.3ltr v8 turbo diesel with a manual 5speed.

She has her issues as expected but with the rear deck it will and has been a great addition to the work fleet.

These are the original pics before work has slowly began repairing the cab, transmission rebuild, tyres, brakes and so on.

Next year we will be offering a collection and delivery service in and around the Edmonton area for customers who need it.

This winter i will be doing a full motor rebuild on this beautiful 1980s Honda CBX1000. We have done several jobs on this bike the past year or so but this time its the big one and I will do my best to show a full timelapse of the work involved.

There's been a very special bike in the workshop these past few weeks.

1994 Honda RC45. 750cc v4 motor, fuel injection with possible as low as only 200 units built Worldwide and only 50 coming to North America.

This came in to be setup for long-term storage in the owners man cave. There was a few issues noted which we addressed including rebuilding front and back suspension, befitting the exhaust system giving proper clearance from other components and more.

The complete fuel system was cleaned and the tank was deep cleaned along with rust protection inside.

Incredible machine to view let alone to tear down and work on.

Upon returning the machine I done the final full assemble so its ready to go back on display.
