On this National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, we took the time to listen, reflect, unlearn, and relearn. As part of this commitment, we shared educational resources with our staff exploring Indigenous histories and perspectives in Canada, the history of residential schools, and personal reflections from survivors.

Fix Auto Sherwood Park also donated $50 for every employee wearing orange today to the University of Alberta’s Indigenous Students’ Support Fund, supporting Indigenous students in their educational journeys.

Wearing orange is not only about being seen as an ally. It is about showing up for the truth, for survivors and their families, and for meaningful change.

Let’s continue showing up—not just today, but throughout the year.

🧡 Keep learning.
🧡 Keep listening.
🧡 Keep giving.
🧡 Keep taking action.

September 30th and beyond.

Update! 🚗

Thirty years ago, Craig's parents, Mervyn and Theresa Koughan, took a leap of faith and opened the doors to Broadmoor Autobody which is known today as Fix Auto Sherwood Park. Through endless late nights, tireless dedication, and a commitment to quality, they built a business grounded in trust and excellence. Over the past year, it has been an absolute privilege to carry on the torch as full owners.

Craig grew up in the autobody industry and earned his Red Seal as a Certified Auto Body Technician. Having worked in virtually every position within the shop, he brings comprehensive, firsthand technical expertise to every job. While Ashley, an elementary teacher by trade, holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Leadership and directs our office operations. Alongside our exceptional team of skilled technicians and support staff, we are honoured to take Fix Auto Sherwood Park into its next chapter, building upon the strong foundation laid before us and to carry on a 30-year tradition of quality service for our community.

To our loyal customers and community: thank you for trusting us with your vehicles for three decades. We look forward to serving you for many more years to come!

-Craig & Ashley Koughan
