After three successful seasons, including a 450 podium finish this summer with it saddens us to announce that Steve Simms has decided to shut down his popular Team. Steve had this to say in a PR this morning.

“On behalf of our sponsors, riders, and team, thank you for your support of the Troy Lee Designs/GAS GAS/SSR race team these past years. You have all been amazing and it’s been a pleasure to meet so many of you around the track.

Unfortunately due to rising costs, we have made the difficult decision to not return for the 2024 race season.

We wish Sam and Danny future success and thank Jeff, Jiri, Andrew and Mary for their dedication.

Please continue to show your support and keep our sport thriving for future generations of Canadian riders.
