Hello everyone,

Our drinking water system has been upgraded with extra capacity and I've made it more clear which faucet is drinking water.

The laundry facilities are now up and running as well.
$5/load including wash/dry, with our detergents provided. Self-service only.

Note that the top spigot is filtered, softened water. This is tested safe to drink, however it is high in sodium so we recommend using the purified drinking water spigot instead, which has an additional reverse osmosis filtering stage that removes the sodium and other minerals down to

Hi everyone, March billing emails are out, but we have noticed some are being returned/not visible because "AI powered" spam filter bots are marking our billing emails as scams, perhaps due to the wording of "e-transfer" - be sure to check your spam folders for your billing updates.
If possible, mark them as "looks safe" or "not spam", it will help teach the AI's maybe, lol.

Power's been out for about 20 minutes now, check Hydro One's Stormcentre for updates, it's currently pending investigation so we can't give much information other than the link to it.
