Well I was out at Blairswest Land and Cattle this week, normally I don’t come up this far but I had a cancellation and Maguire Blair had messaged me earlier in the week so I figured it test the waters out up here. These two twins hadn’t seen a polish in years, but with a lot of hard work they came up pretty well. I want to give a big shout out to the Blairs for making me feel extremely welcome. So this is a little rant, because some people seem to think I’m poaching customers.

Today I was messaged by a customer asking for a price, so I gave him one. About 30 minutes later I get a call from a unknown number. They stated “find your own customers and stop trying to poach mine” I simply told him I don’t know what he was talking about and he said I was giving his guy a quote and it was less then what his was. So then things clicked. I stated he messaged asking for a quote and that was it. I wasn’t trying to “poach” anyone from anybody. I’ve been booked for the year since March/April of this year. I don’t go looking for work unless I have a cancellation. I also get multiple people a day messaging me about work. Sometimes I even go out of my way to message other polishers whom I feel do a good quality of work and send those people their way…theres enough work for everyone in this province. Some people really need to chill out and not get so butt hurt about customers going elsewhere for a simple quote 🙄

Well, was down at be-ver farms for the past 10 days. I had the pleasure of polishing up these 3 beauties along with the rails on 2 trailers. Big shout out to Ben Cavers for the trust. Always appreciate the business, you and the guys at the farm always make me feel so welcome. Now time to spend that quality time with the family for a couple weeks before I’m on the road to my next job 👌🏻
