To whom it may concern. I usually don't do this but I feel like recognition of great service should be acknowledged.


I have been a customer of yours for about 5 years & I have been going to your shop in Sechelt, BC. Over the years I have gone in with three different vehicles and have always had excellent customer service especially by the front employee Melissa. Majority of the times I have had to bring my vehicle in I usually just wait in seating area provided. I have worked a customer service job for 30 years & it's hard sometimes dealing with the public. In my experience of the times waiting, watching, listening to Melissa interact with customers and staff, is a employee I hope you recognize for doing such a great job promoting OK Tire as a place to bring your vehicle.

I am a single mom with many friends who offer to change my oil, brakes and tires but I refuse due to the outstanding service I have received every time. Now I always highly recommend OK Tire to friends, family, my customers or anyone who asks where to take their vehicles.

I don't know if your company reaches out to exceptional employees but if so she should be at the top of your list. I thank you for having the best shop and staff on the Sunshine Coast.
