Parts & Service Department Position

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our dealership’s Parts & Service Department. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in the automotive & power sports industry, and takes pride in providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with parts and service inquiries
Schedule service appointments and coordinate customer needs
Prepare service and parts orders, invoices, and documentation
Assist with parts identification, ordering, receiving, and inventory
Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and other departments
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Maintain accurate records and ensure work is completed efficiently
Support the Parts & Service Department with day-to-day operations
Follow dealership policies and safety procedures
Qualifications
Automotive or dealership experience is an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn and develop automotive industry knowledge
