This is “EXACTLY” what happens behind the scenes at our shop. Unfortunately it is very hard to tell the current clients that their warranty is forcing a further diagnosis and extra time to waste on clients own money.

Sometimes we just do not know what to say at that point. We just go our own ways and try to help the customers when their “third party company” fails them.
